Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz Join Season 3 of The Valley
The Valley is set to welcome two familiar faces as former Vanderpump Rules stars Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz join the cast for its upcoming season. Their roles as full-time cast members follow guest appearances in earlier seasons.
The casting announcement was made during BravoCon in Las Vegas last November, and fans were recently treated to the season’s trailer, which features both Kent and Schwartz prominently.
The trailer showcases various scenes, including Schwartz attempting to pursue Michelle Saniei, who is newly single. In one scene, Schwartz compliments her, saying, "Michelle, you’re gorgeous." This dynamic is indicative of the group’s ongoing comfort with intertwining personal relationships and filming.
Co-stars Janet Caperna and Jasmine Goode are seen encouraging Schwartz and Saniei to share a kiss, adding to the season’s romantic drama. A particularly humorous moment unfolds when Kent suggests a potential threesome involving herself, Schwartz, and Saniei. Kent also provides comic relief, reminding Schwartz of his challenges in business ventures with his longtime friend Tom Sandoval. "Wow, look at you guys… building bars and then making them go out of business," she quips.
As the series is known for its dramatic revelations, Kent acknowledges the complexities of relationships, stating, “I’m trying to have fun, and I want everyone to f***ing get along.”
The recently released trailer also sheds light on Kent’s personal journey. She emphasizes her commitment to raising her daughters, Ocean and Sosa, as she approaches the seven-year mark of her sobriety. Her deepening friendship with Michelle and Tom highlights their shared experiences as single individuals within the group, while she candidly addresses her mental health challenges.
Meanwhile, Schwartz is portrayed as eager to settle down, navigating new romantic interests that spark skepticism among his friends and create tension within their circle.
The third season of The Valley is set to premiere on Wednesday, April 1, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
