Taylor Swift has been busy not only with her music but also with heartfelt gestures for her Eras Tour crew. In the second episode of her newly released docuseries, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour | The End of an Era, available on Disney+, the pop icon revealed that she provided bonuses to her entire crew at the end of each tour leg, along with personalized thank-you notes to show her appreciation for their hard work.
“Bonus day is so important because setting a precedent with the Eras Tour is really important to me,” Swift stated. “People who work on the road, if the tour grosses more, they get more of a bonus. These people just work so hard, and they are the best at what they do.”

Swift expressed her enjoyment of writing the notes, saying, “It took me a couple weeks, but it’s fun to think about everybody’s lives they’re going back to. Just making that worthwhile for them feels like Christmas morning when you finally get to say thank you.”
In a lighthearted conversation with her mother, Andrea, Swift recounted how she sealed each note with a wax seal, joking about nearly needing the fire department for the sealing process.
In footage from a speech made before distributing one set of bonuses, Swift expressed her appreciation for her dancers and band, emphasizing the challenges the tour posed. “This was harder than anything I’ve ever done in a live setting,” she noted. “How much you’ve given to these crowds gives to me every single night. The tour has done really well, thanks to all of our hard work.”

After completing her 149th and final show, it was reported that over 10.1 million fans attended the tour, generating ticket sales exceeding $2 billion, thus establishing it as the bestselling tour in history.
Swift’s success has continued into 2025, highlighted by her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl, which achieved unprecedented sales of four million album units within its first week.
The first two episodes of the six-part docuseries Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour | The End of an Era are currently streaming on Disney+, alongside the concert film The Eras Tour: The Final Show, which captures the last performance of the tour in Vancouver.
