Shantel VanSanten, Star of ‘FBI’ and ‘For All Mankind,’ Joins TFC Management Team
EXCLUSIVE: Actress Shantel VanSanten has officially signed with TFC Management for representation.
In her most recent role, VanSanten portrayed special agent Nina Chase in the fifth and sixth seasons of the spinoff FBI: Most Wanted, reprising her character from Dick Wolf’s original series FBI on CBS. Nina is depicted as a seasoned FBI agent, known for her strong will, sharp instincts, and undercover skills. The character is notable for her relationship with Stuart Scola, played by John Boyd, as they raise their infant son, Douglas.
Prior to this, VanSanten starred alongside Joel Kinnaman in the Apple TV series For All Mankind, co-created by Ron Moore, Ben Nedivi, and Matt Wolpert. She played the role of Karen Baldwin across multiple seasons of the alternate-history space drama.
For All Mankind imagines a world where the global space race never ended, showcasing an aspirational scenario in which NASA astronauts, engineers, and their families navigate extraordinary situations shaped by an alternate historical timeline—one in which the USSR beats the U.S. to the moon.
VanSanten is also known for her role as Becca Butcher on Prime Video’s acclaimed series The Boys, developed by Eric Kripke and based on the comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. Becca served as Vought International’s Senior Director of Digital Marketing, with her storyline intricately linked to William “Billy” Butcher, played by Karl Urban. She featured prominently in seasons one, two, and four.
The Minnesota native’s career breakout came with her portrayal of Quinn James on the CW series One Tree Hill, where she joined the cast in Season 7 and remained until the show’s conclusion in 2012.
VanSanten’s extensive television career includes regular and recurring roles on a diverse range of projects such as The Shooter (USA Network), The Flash (The CW), The Messengers (The CW), and the short-lived series Gang Related (Fox). Her film credits feature The Final Destination, American Murderer, and Something Wicked.
In addition to her new representation with TFC Management, VanSanten continues to be represented by CAA and Goodman, Genow, Schenkman, Smelkinson & Christopher.
