P!nk Cancels Mexico Concerts Due to Unexpected Logistics Issues

The planned concerts by P!nk at the GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico City have been canceled, as announced by promoter Ocesa on Friday, March 6. The shows were originally slated for April 26 and 27.
In addition to P!nk’s performances, concerts by singer Carolina Ross and rapper Lucho SSJ have also been called off. However, Ocesa clarified that these cancellations are not connected.
Ocesa issued a statement on social media explaining that the cancellation was due to “complications arising from an unforeseen circumstance that affects the logistics of the event,” emphasizing that the situation was “beyond the control of the artist, the promoter, and the venue.” The promoter acknowledged the disappointment of fans, stating, “We understand how much fans were looking forward to these concerts, and we deeply appreciate their understanding.”
For those who purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster Mexico, refunds will be automatically processed to the original payment method, including service fees, in accordance with banking timelines. Attendees who bought tickets at box offices can request refunds at the original point of sale in the coming days.
Regarding the cancellation of Carolina Ross’s show, scheduled for May 2 at Teatro Metropólitan, Ocesa indicated that it was also due to “unforeseen logistical circumstances completely beyond the control of Ocesa, the artist, and the venue.” Online ticket buyers will receive refunds directly to their bank cards, while box office purchases can be refunded starting March 12.
The third concert to be canceled is that of rapper Lucho SSJ, who was set to perform at Foro Puebla. Ocesa communicated that this cancellation, similar to the others, was attributed to “logistical reasons completely beyond the control of the artist, the venue, and Ocesa.” Refunds will be automatically processed to the respective bank cards, and those who bought tickets at the venue can begin requesting refunds starting this Friday.
