L.A. Native Brian Kahn Excited to Have Bred a Kentucky Derby Horse
Brian Kahn, a native of Los Angeles, has seen his lifelong passion for horse racing culminate in a remarkable achievement: a horse he bred is set to compete in the prestigious Kentucky Derby. Kahn’s fascination with the sport began with the engaging commentary of a radio host, igniting a journey that has led him to this momentous occasion.
The horse, named The Puma, is co-owned by Kahn and Hidden Brook Farm. The Puma has demonstrated impressive performance on the racetrack, securing a victory at the Tampa Bay Derby and finishing second in the Florida Derby.
