Dua Lipa Looks Stylish in a Navy Blue Bodysuit and Sheer Tights
Dua Lipa has unveiled a behind-the-scenes glimpse into her newly launched skincare line, DUA. In an engaging video shared by the brand, the acclaimed singer, known for her hit song “Levitating,” appears in a navy blue collared bodysuit paired with semi-sheer tights as she discusses one of her key products.
In the video, Lipa emphasizes the importance of creating the Balancing Cream Cleanser, stating, “When creating the Balancing Cream Cleanser, it was just so important to create something that was clean, but gave you a really deep cleanse. It never strips or dries the skin… It’s something that just leaves the skin clear, calm, fresh, and balanced.”
Launched just last month in collaboration with luxury skincare brand Augustinus Bader, DUA currently offers three products that took over three years to develop, according to Forbes. Lipa has expressed her hope that these products become daily essentials for her fans—usable at home, on the go, and everywhere in between.
Lipa is following a growing trend among celebrities entering the beauty industry, joining the ranks of Selena Gomez with her brand Rare Beauty and Hailey Bieber’s rhode. Notably, Bieber secured a transformative $1 billion deal with e.l.f. Beauty earlier this year, which she described as a pivotal moment for her brand.
Bieber has discussed her vision for rhode, saying, “When I started rhode, I really wanted to create not just a brand, but an entire world. Something I say often is ‘Welcome to the world of rhode,’ because, to me, rhode is not just products, it’s a feeling, it’s a lifestyle, it’s a place.” As the beauty and skincare market becomes increasingly saturated, these celebrity-driven brands are capturing significant consumer attention.
