CBS Announces Exciting Multi-Episode Crossover for ‘Beyond The Gates’ and ‘Young & The Restless’ This June
CBS has announced a crossover event where characters from Young and the Restless in Genoa City will venture Beyond the Gates of the Fairmont Crest community.
Featured in the crossover are Y&R stars Eric Braeden, Peter Bergman, Bryton James, Michael Mealor, Susan Walters, and Melissa Ordway, who will appear in episodes set to air in June.
In these upcoming episodes, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), the formidable patriarch of the Newman family, arrives at a high-profile political fundraiser in style, reuniting with his longtime friend Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis).
Throughout the years, Victor has supported Vernon’s political ambitions, while Vernon has advocated for legislation benefitting Newman Enterprises, an alliance founded on loyalty and mutual benefit. Vernon has now invited Victor to serve as the keynote speaker at his grandson Martin’s (Brandon Claybon) fundraiser.

Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Martin, friends who initially bonded in New York City after college, are also in attendance. Martin extended the invitation to Kyle, who attends alongside his parents, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters). Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon (Bryton James) are also on the VIP list, with Devon facing an unexpected business proposal from Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie). However, as the gala progresses, an unforeseen event occurs that dramatically disrupts the fundraiser and alters the course for all guests present.
This crossover marks a significant moment for CBS’ daytime soaps, occurring a year after the debut of Beyond the Gates, which airs weekdays at 2 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT. The series is produced by CBS Studios in collaboration with the CBS Studios/NAACP Venture and P&G Studios.
The Young and the Restless airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET / 11:30 a.m. PT, produced by Bell Dramatic Serial Company in conjunction with Sony Pictures Television.
