Burbank Man Sentenced for Violating Parole Conditions After Disturbing Behavior
Burbank Sex Offender Sentenced for Parole Violation
A convicted sex offender, identified as Calese Crowder, has been sentenced to 105 days in jail for violating parole, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney. The 39-year-old, known in the community by the moniker "Burbank Butt Sniffer," appeared in court recently following a series of reported offenses.
Crowder has faced multiple arrests over inappropriate behavior in public spaces in Burbank. Most notably, he was apprehended in July at a Nordstrom Rack for allegedly harassing a female customer in the women’s department. Less than a month later, he was arrested again for reportedly sniffing a woman’s behind inside a Walgreens store in Burbank.
Police records show that Crowder has a history of similar offenses dating back to 2021, with prior incidents occurring in Glendale and Burbank. Crowder was arrested on November 24 after failing to meet a crucial sex-offender registration requirement for over two months. At the time of his arrest, he was on parole for a burglary conviction.
In December, Crowder received a 99-day sentence for a previous parole violation. His continued legal troubles highlight the ongoing community concerns regarding safety and public behavior linked to registered sex offenders.
