In a recent Vogue “Beauty Secrets” video, she spoke openly about her experience with lip fillers, revealing, “Time to come clean. I got lip filler one time. I think I got it when I was 18. I just thought that it was too big.” Martin emphasized that she wasn’t excessively focused on cosmetic procedures, as she often prefers using lip liner to accentuate her lips.
