Apple Martin Channels Gwyneth Paltrow’s Iconic ’90s Style with a Classic Updo and Chic Bikini
Apple Martin Channels Gwyneth Paltrow in Recent Poolside Photos
Apple Martin, the 21-year-old daughter of actress Gwyneth Paltrow, recently showcased her striking resemblance to her mother by sharing a photo of herself by the pool in a beige checked string bikini. With her hair styled reminiscent of the ’90s and paired with oval sunglasses, the look was a nod to Paltrow’s iconic fashion moments, particularly recalling a similar hairstyle worn during the 2000 Oscars.
In her latest Instagram Stories post, Martin posed in front of a picturesque outdoor pool, wearing the bikini complemented by her classic ’90s claw clip updo. This effortless combination echoes the glamour associated with her mother, reinforcing the bond between the two women.
This display of familial resemblance follows Martin’s candid remarks about regrets she holds regarding past plastic surgery choices. In a recent Vogue “Beauty Secrets” video, she spoke openly about her experience with lip fillers, revealing, “Time to come clean. I got lip filler one time. I think I got it when I was 18. I just thought that it was too big.” Martin emphasized that she wasn’t excessively focused on cosmetic procedures, as she often prefers using lip liner to accentuate her lips.
While she initially contemplated attending law school, Apple Martin has embraced her artistic inclinations, acknowledging her desire to pursue acting. In her own words, she expressed, "I was in that rebellious ‘I don’t wanna be like my parents’ type of phase," but now declares, “[I] love it more than anything. My dream is to act.”
Recently, Martin also confronted unfounded rumors regarding her expulsion from school, decisively stating, “I have never been expelled from any school, especially not for bullying anyone.”
As Martin continues to carve out her identity in the public eye, her connection to her mother remains palpable, marking a compelling chapter in her journey towards self-discovery and artistic expression.
