Rihanna has publicly celebrated A$AP Rocky’s latest album, Don’t Be Dumb, which has reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album, released on January 16, has garnered significant attention, and Rihanna wasted no time expressing her pride.
On January 25, Rihanna took to social media platform X to share her excitement. She posted, “Just me here to let yall know my baby daddy got the NUMBER 1 ALBUM!!! Aaahhhhhh hah! DONT BE DUMB!!!”
This marks a notable moment for A$AP Rocky, whose album debuted at the top of the chart dated January 31 after achieving 123,000 equivalent album units sold in its first week. This new release signifies his first album since 2018’s Testing.
The project features collaborations with various artists, including Brent Faiyaz, Gorillaz, and Tyler, the Creator, among others. Following the release, A$AP Rocky is set to embark on the Don’t Be Dumb Tour, which includes North American shows from May to July and European dates from August to September.
Rihanna and Rocky, who confirmed their relationship in November 2020, share three children: a daughter, Rocki Irish, four months, and two sons, Riot, two, and RZA, three and a half. In a recent interview on The Ebro Show, Rocky discussed how he and Rihanna maintain their relationship, emphasizing the importance of continuing to date and enjoy each other’s company, despite the demands of parenthood.
"You got to spice it up. You got to still date," he said. "We roll [music] dice. We play cards… I love that girl to death, man. You know, word. We got to keep the funk going ‘cause if not, what we doing then?"
These developments showcase not only A$AP Rocky’s musical achievements but also the couple’s commitment to nurturing their relationship amidst their busy lives.
