Beverly Hills is set to dazzle this Sunday as the 83rd annual Golden Globe Awards make their grand return. Anticipating an influx of stars and visitors, local authorities are implementing street closures around the Beverly Hilton.
Drivers are urged to seek alternate routes, as road access will be limited until the closures are lifted. Key areas affected include:
Wilshire Boulevard
- Complete closure from North Santa Monica Boulevard to Comstock Avenue, reopening at 6 a.m. Monday.
- Lane reductions will remain in effect until 9 p.m. Wednesday.
North Santa Monica Boulevard
- Eastbound lanes will be closed from Century Park East to Wilshire Boulevard until 6 a.m. Monday.
- Westbound lanes will be closed from Wilshire Boulevard to Century Park East through the same time.
Parking Restrictions through 6 a.m. Monday
Parking will be restricted on several streets, including:
- Whittier Drive from Wilshire Boulevard to Elevado Avenue
- Carmelita Avenue from Wilshire Boulevard to Walden Drive
