No Charges Filed Against Man Accused of Food Poisoning
Prosecutors Decline Charges Against Santa Clarita Man in Food Poisoning Case
Los Angeles County prosecutors have announced that they will not file criminal charges against Timothy Bradbury, a Santa Clarita resident arrested in February following allegations of food poisoning by his roommates. The District Attorney’s Office cited "insufficient evidence" as the reason for their decision.
In a report to NBC4, Bradbury’s roommates described their lingering illnesses, which they suspected were due to intentional poisoning. Their concerns led the property owner to install a security camera to monitor the situation.
Footage recorded in October and December of 2025 allegedly showed an unknown substance being sprayed on their food. This video evidence contributed to the initial suspicions against Bradbury, leading to his arrest on February 24, 2026.
As the case closes without charges, questions remain regarding the health and safety measures in shared living situations.
