PK Kemsley Says Estranged Wife Dorit Spent $1 Million on Designer Brands Amid Home Foreclosure Situation
PK Kemsley Alleges Dorit Kemsley Overspent Amid Financial Struggles
PK Kemsley has made serious allegations regarding the spending habits of his estranged wife, Dorit Kemsley, shortly after concerns about their financial situation surfaced on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Court documents obtained by Us Weekly on May 7 reveal that PK claims Dorit, 49, spent over $1 million on luxury items within the last year, accounting for approximately 80 percent of her available funds. This comes amid rumors that their Los Angeles home is burdened by mortgage debt and may be facing foreclosure.
In the court filings, PK, 58, detailed that Dorit’s specific expenditures included around $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, another $69,000 at Chanel, and approximately $38,000 at Hermès. He added that during her exclusive use of their property since April 2024, Dorit had made only one utility payment, while he was responsible for both mortgage and utility costs through various dates in 2025.
As the financial accountant’s breakdown of Dorit’s spending emerges, it appears PK is exploring the possibility of selling their home.
Us Weekly has reached out to both PK and Dorit for their comments on the matter.
Earlier in March, Dorit addressed foreclosure rumors during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. At the time, she expressed that she had only recently learned about the overdue mortgage payments, which PK had been handling. “It’s something that I learned a few weeks before everyone else learned about it,” she noted. Dorit confirmed that they plan to sell the house and that she will begin searching for a new home for their children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10.
Fellow cast member Erika Jayne also weighed in on Dorit’s financial situation during a recent reunion episode. She claimed the "house is being foreclosed on," prompting further discussion about Dorit’s financial status, particularly following Kyle Richards’ concerns regarding her "erratic" spending behaviors.
Erika defended her own spending, stating, “I spent $4,000 in one of Rachel’s friend’s shops that they cleared for us to shop.” To which Kyle responded, “By the way, I’m not in the same financial position as you and I’m sorry.”
