Naomie Olindo and Billy Haire, stars of Southern Charm, have officially announced their engagement. In a heartfelt Instagram post on December 28, Olindo shared, “The luckiest girl in the whole wide world,” alongside a photo celebrating the moment.
The announcement included images of Haire proposing, capturing the emotional moment when Olindo covered her mouth in surprise before embracing him. Following the post, several notable figures from the Bravo community extended their congratulations. “Congratulations to the sweetest humans!!!!🤍✨🪩,” wrote Taylor Ann Green, while Caroline Stanbury added, “oooh congratulations ❤️.”
Olindo also offered a close-up of her engagement ring in her Instagram Story, showing off a bright smile as she held out her hand.
Earlier in April, Us Weekly confirmed that Olindo and Haire, who was previously married to Brooks Nader, had begun dating. This revelation followed a post where Olindo shared a photo of the two together on a pontoon boat, captioned with a red heart emoji. While their relationship status remained unaddressed at that time, Olindo later shared experiences of their summer romance in New England.
The dynamic surrounding Olindo’s relationship with Haire has also attracted attention from her ex-boyfriend, Craig Conover. During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Conover expressed positive sentiments about Haire. “I have heard more good things about this guy than anyone,” he shared. Though he has yet to meet Haire, he indicated that friends who knew the couple spoke highly of him.
Reflecting on their past, Conover revealed uncertainty about why he and Olindo ended their own relationship, stating, “I’ve never met her. But he’s apparently great, and I don’t know much about Brooks other than their new show is apparently great because they film everything.”
Haire’s past with Brooks Nader also features notable moments. The couple first met in 2015, and their initial date had an unexpected turn. Nader recalled a memorable instance where she was unwell during dinner but ultimately developed feelings for Haire.
