Meghan Markle Celebrates As Ever Brand Launch in New Instagram Reel
Meghan Markle recently shared an Instagram reel marking the launch of her brand, As Ever, at Soho Home. In the video, the Duchess of Sussex showcased a stylish off-duty outfit, combining a simple black tank top with tailored pants and ballet flats.
The reel featured Markle exploring the West Hollywood store, where her brand is being showcased. Her ensemble, which highlighted her signature Californian style, included high-waisted, wide-legged black trousers, cinched with a belt. She completed the look with black pointed-toe flats, and her hair flowed in loose waves around her shoulders. In a separate clip, Markle switched to a low bun and added a khaki wool coat.
In her caption, she expressed the importance of the occasion: “Talk about a full circle moment! In my old stomping ground of West Hollywood, with a brand, family and friends that have been part of my life for so long… and also a part of my love story with H (since our very first date was at a SH restaurant).” This statement gave a heartfelt nod to her husband, Prince Harry.
Prince Harry previously recounted their first date in his memoir, Spare, describing how he arrived late and found Markle at the restaurant looking effortlessly chic in her outfit. “Red-cheeked, puffing, sweaty, half an hour late, I ran into the restaurant… I knew nothing about clothes, but I knew she was chic,” he wrote.
