Mayci Neeley Explains How a Popular Injection Helped Define Her Jawline
Mayci Neeley, a star from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and a best-selling author, has recently opened up about her experiences with cosmetic treatments. In a candid Instagram video, the 30-year-old mother of three showcased her latest venture into the world of aesthetics, revealing that she has tried Sculptra on her jawline. "I don’t want [traditional] filler in my face so I tried this instead,” Neeley noted. She explained that the treatment aims to stimulate collagen production, with results typically visible after a couple of months and multiple sessions.
Despite a "needle warning" in her video, Neeley reassured her followers that the procedure wasn’t as painful as she anticipated. “I’m telling you I hate needles and they make me sick, but having the gas made this SO easy. Pain was maybe 2/10 no joke. I’m literally laughing in the video,” she shared.
This isn’t Neeley’s first foray into discussing cosmetic procedures openly. Last fall, during an interview leading up to her book launch, she expressed her enthusiasm for various treatments. “Obviously, we love Botox. I want to start doing lasers, actually. I did it once, like two years ago, and my skin looked so good,” she revealed. Further emphasizing her commitment to skincare, she added, “I don’t do a ton of facials, actually. I do a HydraFacial every once in a while.”
Neeley’s transparency about her cosmetic choices reflects a growing trend of celebrities openly discussing their beauty regimes, shedding light on the personal decisions behind their public images.
