On January 28, Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi made a striking appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of Wuthering Heights, showcasing their synergy with coordinated outfits.
Robbie, a three-time Oscar nominee, dazzled in a form-fitting gown designed by Schiaparelli. The dress featured a nude lace bodice that transitioned into a dramatic black-and-red train reminiscent of flower petals.
At 35, Robbie accessorized her striking look with the Cartier Taj Mahal necklace, a piece she borrowed from the Elizabeth Taylor Archive and Estate. This jewel was originally gifted to Taylor by Richard Burton for her 40th birthday in 1972.
In an interview on the red carpet, Robbie shared that she and her stylist, Andrew Mukamal, seek to be “intentional” with their choices. She felt the rich history of the necklace made it a fitting accompaniment to her gown.
Elordi, 28, complemented Robbie’s attire with a sleek all-black suit and shoes, standing out against the event’s predominantly white backdrop.

In their roles as Catherine and Heathcliff, Robbie and Elordi reflect on essential moments from filming in discussions leading up to the film’s release. They engaged in a meaningful dialogue about their characters’ complex relationship, which is central to the story.
Robbie recounted a memorable moment on Valentine’s Day when Elordi, embodying his character, filled her room with roses, a gesture that left her impressed. “You made my day,” she stated.

Along with the roses, Elordi presented Robbie with a note from Heathcliff’s perspective and a symbolic “tombstone,” items that tied closely to their film’s narrative. Although Robbie did not create a special gesture for Elordi that day, he expressed no hurt feelings, humorously noting, “I felt like I beat you.”
In a lighthearted exchange, Robbie acknowledged, “You definitely beat me. Yours was so epic.” She praised Elordi’s thoughtfulness, stating, “There’s a lot of thoughtfulness in this. You did a lot of very thoughtful things.”

Elordi also shared insights in a January 14 interview with Fandango, where he noted instances during filming when he and Robbie felt the genuine love between their characters. “There’d be a moment where we’d be running hand-in-hand through the moors,” he recounted, emphasizing how they truly embodied Catherine and Heathcliff.
Elordi added, “In that moment, we really were a part of their love, for real.”
