Lizzo is soaking up the sun and embracing summer vibes a bit early this year.
Although summer hasn’t technically arrived, the two-time Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper recently shared a series of bikini photos on Instagram. Her cheerful caption gave fans a glimpse of what’s to come during the warm months: “Yall gettin the whole stomach out all summer,” she wrote.
Lizzo’s summer adventure is already underway, following an exciting first weekend at Coachella. The singer surprised attendees by joining Sexyy Red on stage, showcasing her skills with the flute. During the performance, she delivered her freestyle “Yitty On Yo Tittys” before twerking on a large Labubu doll. In a subsequent Instagram post thanking Sexyy Red, Lizzo humorously labeled the festival “hoechella,” indicating that the fun had only just begun.
Following her performance, Lizzo attended Paris Hilton’s Parívie Oasis, a private event organized by Hilton’s skincare brand. Through various posts on Instagram, she shared her celebratory moments with Hilton before enjoying rock legends The Strokes on the Coachella main stage that Saturday night, as well as Justin Bieber’s headlining act later in the evening. After an exhilarating day at the festival, Lizzo took to Instagram on Sunday to reflect on her experiences and convey her admiration for Bieber’s performance.
“I watched a popstar who grew up in front of the world fully transcend into his artistry last night,” Lizzo wrote. She added that she had no photos or videos from Bieber’s set because she was “fully present in the moment.”
With Coachella behind her, Lizzo crowned herself Queen of Coachella in another Instagram post on Sunday. If her summer continues at this pace, she may also earn the title of summer queen.
