L.A. Shares Exciting Details on Free and Affordable Fan Zones for World Cup Viewing
Los Angeles Unveils Official Fan Zones for the 2026 World Cup
The Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the 2026 World Cup has announced plans to establish ten official fan zones throughout the Los Angeles region during the tournament, which spans 39 days. The initiative aims to create a vibrant atmosphere, marked by live broadcasts of matches and various activities, as fans come together to celebrate the prestigious event.
These fan zones will complement the FIFA Fan Festival Los Angeles, set for June 11–14 at the Coliseum, where fans can gather for an enhanced viewing experience. The committee’s goal is to transform the city into a celebratory space for soccer enthusiasts, offering diverse entertainment to immerse local communities in the tournament spirit.
Fans will be able to catch live match broadcasts through Fox and Telemundo at each venue. With programming differing across locations, attendees are encouraged to review the schedule in advance to ensure they don’t miss their favorite games.
To facilitate access, the organizing committee underscores the importance of planning travel in advance, recommending the Metro public transit system as the most convenient way to reach both FanFest and the various fan zones.
