Is Danica Patrick Hinting at a New Relationship in Her Latest Instagram Post?
Danica Patrick Appears to Have a New Relationship
Former race car driver Danica Patrick may have a new romantic interest, as evidenced by a recent post on her social media. On December 17, Patrick shared a series of holiday photos on Instagram, including a particular image where she is seen snuggling with an unidentified man on a mock ski lift.
In the cozy snapshot, Patrick, 43, rests her head on the gentleman’s shoulder, while he places a hand on her leg. Accompanying the photos, she wrote, “After 16,000,000 twinkling lights, I am a little more ready for Christmas. 😜🎄”
Patrick has kept details about her dating life relatively private in recent times. A frequent attendee of the Burning Man festival, she posted another carousel from the 2024 event that included a kiss with a different unnamed man. However, during an appearance on the “Believe in Good” podcast in June 2025, she confirmed that she was single.

Her previous public relationship was with businessman Carter Comstock, lasting from 2021 to 2022. Patrick has also been linked to NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and current Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Following her split from Rodgers in 2020, she spoke candidly about their relationship, describing it as “emotionally abusive” during an interview on the Sage Steele Show.
Patrick stated, “The nature of the relationship was emotionally abusive," noting that it left her feeling depleted. She described the breakup as the "most painful" experience of her life but acknowledged it taught her the importance of self-care and resilience.
“I see the good in them. I can sense their essence,” she stated. However, she also reflected on her dating history, indicating a pattern of relationships with men exhibiting “avoidant attachment” qualities.
“I’m one of those people that’s just like, whatever it takes,” she elaborated, emphasizing the complexities often present in personal relationships.
