Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino Expands Family with Third Child

Mike Sorrentino, better known as “The Situation” from MTV’s Jersey Shore, is celebrating the arrival of his third child. He and his wife, Lauren Sorrentino, welcomed their daughter, Luna Lucia Sorrentino, on March 6, 2024.

The couple announced they were expecting Luna in September 2023, just nine months after the birth of their second child, Mia Bella. In a heartfelt social media post, they shared, “Good things come in threes 🥹 Adding another pumpkin to our patch 🙏🏼.”

Mike and Lauren, who married on November 1, 2018, have three children in total: Romeo Reign, born in May 2021, and Mia Bella, born in January 2023. This exciting announcement comes as Mike reflects on his journey, emphasizing pride in being sober for nearly eight years and cherishing his role as a devoted husband and father.

“I’m happy to make it this far,” Mike stated in August 2023 during the premiere of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. “Being the family man that I am today—being eight years sober in December, a dad of two, married five years in a happy, healthy marriage—I’m killing the game.”

In his candid discussions about fatherhood, Mike often shares how his experiences with addiction have shaped his journey as a parent. He revealed that his son, Romeo, would not watch Jersey Shore until the age of 18, highlighting a commitment to guiding his children through a positive lens.
