Together, they share three daughters: Isabella, Gia, and Stella, alongside Luciana’s daughter, Alexia, from a previous relationship.
Initially, Luciana was not involved in the entertainment industry. However, in recent years, she has taken on a more prominent role in Matt’s film projects. Notably, she served as an executive producer for his 2024 film, The Instigators, and is also a producer on The Rip, which features Matt’s longtime friend, Ben Affleck.

During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in March 2011, Matt recounted how he met Luciana while filming Stuck on You in Miami. He remarked, “I literally saw her across a crowded room.” Reflecting on their chance encounter, Luciana described their meeting from her perspective, recalling how she had to put Matt to work behind the bar as he tried to escape the limelight he was starting to experience.
Luciana said, “He came and hid behind the bar… wanting to just hang out back there and have a drink.” She added that his experience as a bartender for a previous role came in handy that night, as he helped her earn a significant amount in tips.
She’s a mom of four

In a spontaneous moment in 2013, Luciana encouraged Matt to get a tattoo of her nickname, “Lucy,” on his upper arm. Reflecting on this experience, Matt humorously recounted how Luciana announced they were getting tattoos while they were at their Manhattan apartment.
He chose to have the tattoo done by Scott Campbell, a friend and tattoo artist known for his work with Heath Ledger. Luciana opted for the same tattoo on her foot, enhancing the symbolic connection between them.
