Gordon Ramsay Reflects on 29 Wonderful Years of Marriage with His Wife Tana

Gordon and Tana Ramsay Celebrate 29 Years Together
Gordon and Tana Ramsay recently marked their 29th wedding anniversary on December 21, an occasion the renowned chef commemorated with a heartfelt post on Instagram.
Reflecting on their journey, Gordon, 59, shared a nostalgic tribute featuring throwback photos from their wedding day alongside recent images. “29 years ago I got to marry my best friend,” he wrote, expressing gratitude with the caption: “What a journey and thank you ❤️ Love you so much ❤️.”
The couple first crossed paths at a New Year’s Eve party when Tana, now 51, was engaged to someone else. Initially unimpressed by Gordon’s demeanor, she described him as “a complete arrogant arse” in an interview with The Guardian in 2008. Their connection rekindled later when they met through mutual friends, leading to a relationship that culminated in marriage in December 1996.
As they reflect on nearly three decades together, Gordon emphasized the importance of maintaining their relationship, noting that date nights are crucial for keeping the spark alive. “Whether it’s the cinema or going for a drive, the time we spend together is important,” he explained.
Together, the Ramsays are parents to six children: three daughters and three sons. Their first child, Megan, was born in 1998, followed by fraternal twins Holly and Jack in 1999, and Tilly in 2001. After a miscarriage in 2016, they welcomed son Oscar in 2019 and their youngest, Jesse, in 2023.
This anniversary marks not only their long-lasting romance but also the milestones they have achieved as partners and parents throughout the years.
