Dawn Ostroff, Media and Tech Expert, Joins Moloco’s AI Advertising Board
Dawn Ostroff, a prominent figure in the media and advertising sectors, has joined the board of directors at AI advertising firm Moloco. Ostroff’s extensive experience includes leadership roles at Spotify, Condé Nast Entertainment, and The CW.
Founded in 2013, Moloco specializes in an AI-native advertising platform that connects advertisers with millions of mobile apps and an expanding range of connected-TV platforms. In addition, it offers an AI-driven retail media service that assists retailers in developing their advertising strategies. The company operates in over 200 countries and territories, maintaining a presence in the U.S. and the UK among other nations.
Ostroff departed Spotify in 2023, where she held the position of Chief Content & Advertising Business Officer. Previously, as president of Condé Nast Entertainment, she was instrumental in enhancing the digital video, film, and television segments to elevate the publisher’s advertising revenue beyond traditional print.
In her career, Ostroff also played a critical role in launching The CW, serving as the network’s president of entertainment and developing several of its early hit series.

In addition to her new role at Moloco, Ostroff is currently an independent director on the boards of Mattel and Sweetgreen. She has also served on the boards of Paramount Global and Activision Blizzard, providing guidance during Activision’s acquisition by Microsoft.
