Chris Harrison Steps Back into Dating with His Exciting New Reality Show on Fox Nation
Chris Harrison Returns to Dating Scene with New Reality Series on Fox Nation
Chris Harrison, known for nearly two decades as the host of The Bachelor and its spinoffs, is making a comeback in the dating world with a new reality series on Fox Nation. The show seeks to connect single men and women interested in a "traditional, marriage-minded partnership built on commitment and shared values."
The series will feature several women embarking on a journey designed for those seeking lasting relationships. Combining romance, real-world compatibility tests, and emotionally charged eliminations, the program aims to reimagine modern dating through the lens of authenticity and shared values, with marriage as the ultimate goal.
Harrison will be joined by several alumni from The Bachelor franchise. He will executive produce the show alongside his wife, Lauren Zima, a former producer and host for Entertainment Tonight. Also on board are Louis Caric, who dedicated ten years to The Bachelor, and Nicholas Caprio and Tom Huffman from Lionsgate.
Elan Gale, another veteran of the Bachelor franchise who created FBoy Island, will serve as a consulting producer. Lindsay Liles, who has worked on various titles within the franchise, is in charge of casting, and Michael Shea, who directed numerous episodes of Bachelor in Paradise and FBoy Island, will be at the helm.
Harrison recently teased the project on social media, stating, “It’s time to help people find love again.”
This series marks Harrison’s first foray into new programming since his departure from The Bachelor in 2021, following a controversial interview with Rachel Lindsay. His comments in that interview, wherein he defended Rachael Kirkconnell against criticism over past behavior, led to his exit from the franchise.
Harrison hosted The Bachelor since its inception in 2002, as well as The Bachelorette, Bachelor Pad, and other spinoffs.
The new series represents a significant move for Fox Nation, marking its largest unscripted project to date. As the streaming service increasingly invests in original content, it has collaborated with notable figures like Kevin Costner, Kim Kardashian, and Dan Aykroyd, all while Lionsgate supports Harrison’s latest endeavor.
