Arthur Sarkissian Teams Up with Deon Taylor to Launch Limitless Films Debut Project
Producer Arthur Sarkissian Launches Limitless Films, Set to Direct ‘Tink’
Arthur Sarkissian, renowned for his work on the Rush Hour franchise, has partnered with entrepreneur Jas Mathur to establish a new production company, Limitless Films. The debut project for the company will be Tink, directed by Deon Taylor, known for his work on The Intruder.
Tink tells the compelling story of Gerald Tinker, an American Olympian and NFL player who became ensnared in Miami’s drug trafficking scene during the 1970s and 1980s. After securing an Olympic gold medal at the infamous 1972 Munich Games, Tinker found himself alienated from professional sports and caught in an illicit cocaine pipeline traversing Miami International Airport. His journey involves evading law enforcement, organized crime, and confronting his tumultuous past to protect his family.
Sarkissian and Mathur will produce Tink alongside Roxanne Avent Taylor and her production company, Hidden Empire Film Group, which she co-leads with Taylor. Adriana Sheri will serve as executive producer, while the script has been penned by Jarrett Bryant, known for Maxie. Filming is slated to begin in Miami towards the end of 2026.
Deon Taylor remarked, “Tink is an intense, character-driven American crime epic, rooted in history. I fell in love with the script instantly. It’s rare, emotional, and cinematic, with true awards potential. Few stories of this caliber and era remain untold today, so we’re blessed to be able to bring it to life in a fashion befitting of it, alongside amazing partners in Arthur and Jas.”
Jas Mathur emphasized, “Tink is not inspired by a true story. It is a true story. Gerald Tinker lived this pain, this fight, and this survival. He is a former Olympic gold medalist and NFL wide receiver, and his journey beyond the spotlight is as powerful as anything he achieved on the world stage. Bringing his life to the screen is the foundation of why Limitless Films exists. Arthur and I stand together as producing partners on this film, driven by a shared responsibility to honor Gerald Tinker’s story with honesty and without compromise. Joining forces with Deon Taylor creates a powerful creative team united by vision, trust, and a deep respect for the truth. We believe Tink does not just move audiences; it stays with them. This is a story meant to spark conversation, challenge perspective, and stand on the biggest stages because it comes from a place of undeniable truth.”
Limitless Films, a subsidiary of Limitless X Holdings Inc., aims to develop and produce a diverse slate of projects across action, drama, horror, and thriller genres.
Deon Taylor’s previous work includes The Intruder, which grossed more than $30 million, as well as the police drama Black and Blue, featuring Naomie Harris. His film Fatale starred two-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank.
Jas Mathur serves as Chairman and CEO of Limitless X Holdings and has extensive experience in tech, web services, wellness, nutrition, and performance industries.
The production team, including Deon Taylor, Roxanne Taylor, and Hidden Empire Film Group, is represented by CAA and attorneys Glen Mastroberte and Andre De Rochers. Jarrett Bryant is represented by manager Jon Brown at Ensemble Entertainment and attorney Jason Zelin.
