Brittany Mahomes is sharing her fitness journey with her children, Sterling Skye, 4, and Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 3. The family engaged in a home workout on Christmas Eve, as documented by Brittany through a series of Instagram Stories.
In these posts, Brittany showcases her two eldest children participating actively in their mother’s workout routine, which included running on treadmills and performing leg lifts and toe touches.
The Kansas City Current co-owner showcased the family session on December 24, 2025. Alongside Sterling and Bronze, she also has an 11-month-old daughter, Golden Raye.
Images from the workout reveal the children in festive pajamas, enthusiastically taking part in the activities. One segment features Brittany, dressed in a bright red sports outfit, walking on an Alpha treadmill while her children opted for curved treadmills, playfully sliding on and off.

In one captivating video, Brittany shared moments of the preschool children lying on gym mats with her, engaging in leg lifts and toe touches, further emphasizing their commitment to fitness.
Another segment featured them using a SkiErg machine, designed to simulate skiing. Sterling demonstrated enthusiasm while pulling the cable, while Bronze faced a more challenging moment.
