Holiday Events Light Up Los Angeles
As the holiday season approaches, Los Angeles is bustling with a variety of festive events, offering something for everyone. Key activities include the Warner Music Holiday Store Experience and the Tinselcolor show at CineVita, both promising memorable experiences.
The Warner Music Holiday Store Experience, located at the W Hollywood, will run through December 21, showcasing merchandise from nearly 100 artists, including notable names like My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Fleetwood Mac, and Talking Heads. The pop-up shop is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on select days, providing fans a chance to indulge in exclusive daily drops, giveaways, and photo opportunities.
In tandem, Craft Contemporary will host its annual Makers Market from December 5 to 7. This event features workshops and unique craft and design works crafted by Southern California artisans, aligning perfectly with the holiday spirit of giving.
On December 6, UG Tea makes its U.S. debut in San Gabriel Valley with a high-end boba tea lounge. The venue offers a range of floral-inspired drinks, coffee, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Also on December 6, comedian Tiffany Haddish will take the stage with Donnell Rawlings and Flame Monroe for a night of laughter. Presented by Eco Entertainment, the event will include giveaways of energy-efficient appliances to attendees.
The Rainbow District Winter Market will transform West Hollywood Park into a festive village on December 6 and 7. Running from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the market invites visitors to shop, skate, and celebrate the season, complemented by a new ice rink open until December 21.
Additionally, fans of the Percy Jackson series can test their knowledge at The Percy Jackson Quest at the Getty Villa on December 6 and 7. The event will also take place on December 13 and 14, offering prizes for participants.
Music lovers will gather at the VinylFest at The Original Farmers Market from noon to 7 p.m. on December 6 and 7, featuring DJ sets, rare vinyl collectibles, and much more to explore.
This vibrant community calendar also includes Kendra Scott’s Sweet Escape at The Grove (December 6-7), Santa Brunch at Trattoria Amici (December 7), and the Pawliday Sweater Party at Regent Santa Monica, which pairs light bites and festive activities for dog lovers and their pets.
For art enthusiasts, the LACMA NextGen Celebration on December 7 offers a day filled with art workshops, dance sessions, and storytelling, specifically tailored for children and teenagers aged 17 and younger.
Lastly, the holiday show Tinselcolor at CineVita, hosted by Joey McIntyre of New Kids on the Block, runs through December 30. The performance includes 22 singers, dancers, and musicians, featuring music from beloved holiday films such as Home Alone, Elf, and Love Actually.
