Prime Video Unveils Exciting New Content and Fan Event
Prime Video is making a significant investment in romantic comedies and drama with a lineup of steamy films and star-studded television series scheduled for release this year. On April 30, the streaming service announced its inaugural fan event, Obsessed Fest, set to take place on June 27 at Nya Studios in Los Angeles.
The press release described Obsessed Fest as an "all-day immersive event" that aims to bring online fandoms to life. Attendees can expect a range of activities designed to foster connection and engagement among fans of popular young adult titles.
Highlighted titles at Obsessed Fest include Every Year After, The Love Hypothesis, Elle, Off Campus, Overcompensating, Your Fault: London, and Drawn Together. Fans attending the event will have unique opportunities for exclusive first looks and meet-and-greet sessions with cast members and creators of these anticipated projects.
Programming for Obsessed Fest will feature a central hub, literary lounge, and content studios for screenings, alongside merchandise and concessions for attendees.
In tandem with the event announcement, Prime Video shared a sneak peek of upcoming shows, including Off Campus, Every Year After, Maxton Hall, and Elle, as well as new films like Clashing Through the Snow.
