YMU Agency Promotes Five Talented Individuals in Their Entertainment Team
YMU Group Elevates Five Agents in Entertainment Division
YMU Group has announced the promotion of five agents within its entertainment division, reinforcing its commitment to developing future leadership. Meghan Peterson, Jordan Johnson, Lauren Clark, and Nader Dehdashti have each been elevated to the role of Executive Director, with their promotions framed as a strategic investment in the agency’s next generation.
Claire Dundas has also been promoted, stepping up to Senior Executive Director after more than 15 years with the division.
The newly appointed Executive Directors assume specific roles: Peterson will oversee Business and Operations, Johnson will focus on Unscripted content, Clark will manage Creators, and Dehdashti will lead Growth and Innovation.
At the higher echelons of YMU Entertainment, Melanie Rockcliffe remains in her position as Chair, while Paul Worsley and Darren Worsley continue as Chief Client Officer and Group Vice Chair, respectively. YMU’s portfolio includes prominent clients such as Ant and Dec, Simon Cowell, and Graham Norton.
Mary Bekhait, CEO of YMU Group and Managing Director of the Entertainment division, expressed confidence in the new leadership team, stating, “Meghan, Jordan, Lauren and Nader are exactly the leaders this division needs right now – commercially driven, creatively sharp and deeply committed to our clients and to each other. I am delighted to give them this platform.”
She added, “Alongside Claire, Melanie, Paul and Darren, whose experience and standing in this industry is second to none, we have built something I am very proud of. This is a team that will take YMU Entertainment to a new level.”
These promotions follow the recent announcement of Lucy Loveridge’s exit as Managing Director of global entertainment at YMU, who is set to depart this month after four years with the agency. Bekhait has since assumed the role of interim Managing Director.
