Wavelength Expands with a New 10,500 SF Creative Studio in LA and Welcomes Tiffany Wang as Marketing Head
Wavelength to Open New Creative Studio Complex in Los Angeles
Wavelength, a burgeoning production company based in the United States, has announced plans to open a 10,500-square-foot creative studio complex in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, set to begin operations on March 4, 2026.
The new facility will feature a variety of spaces, including podcast studios, post-production facilities, screening rooms, writing rooms, and flexible work areas. This complex will primarily serve Wavelength’s operations while also being available for third-party rentals.
In a significant development, Wavelength has appointed Tiffany Wang as the Head of Marketing, a newly created role. Wang joins the company from Warner Bros Discovery, where she was previously Senior Vice President of International Marketing. In her new position, she will manage marketing initiatives for Wavelength’s original productions, podcasts, branded content, and other projects, reporting directly to President Joe Plummer and founder and CEO Jenifer Westphal.
Wavelength has established itself as a key player in the film industry, serving as executive producer for two films at this year’s Sundance Film Festival: The Oldest Person In The World in the Premieres category and Soul Patrol in the U.S. Documentary Competition.
Recent personnel changes include the hiring of Stacey Reiss as Head of Film and Curtis McConnell as Vice President of Post-Production. Additionally, Dan Bradley and Jon Weidman will lead the company’s Branded and Sports Division after Wavelength acquired Duplex Deli. Dan Bowen has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, moving from his role as Managing Director of UK Operations.
Wavelength’s portfolio includes notable projects such as the Andy Kaufman documentary Thank You Very Much, the feature film On Swift Horses starring Jacob Elordi and Daisy Edgar-Jones, the Tony-winning Broadway show The Outsiders, and Burlesque, executive-produced by Christina Aguilera and currently playing in London’s West End. The company has partnered with brands like De Beers, Baileys, Hoka, Marriott, and Lululemon on various branded content initiatives. Wavelength also plans to expand its shorts support program, WAVE, in the upcoming year.
Regarding Wang’s appointment, Westphal expressed enthusiasm, stating, “Tiffany is a thrilling addition to our team. We have been on the hunt for someone with her specific skill set for a long time. Her experience and acumen are precisely what we were looking for, and we can’t wait to get started.”
Co-CEO and President Joe Plummer emphasized the company’s evolution, noting, “With our new leadership structure, expanded brand work, and post-production capabilities, Wavelength is evolving into a next-generation studio capable of storytelling across an increasingly diverse media landscape. This gives us more versatility to create the best content on any screen anywhere in the world.”
Wavelength’s leadership remains optimistic about its growth during a challenging time for the industry. “We are committed to investing in the fundamentals that have always underpinned entertainment—the creative community. We are a company built by and for people who love telling stories, and after celebrating our 10th anniversary last year, we are stepping out in 2026 with a clear objective to bring even more and bolder stories to the world,” they stated.
