Victoria and David Beckham Share Birthday Wishes for Brooklyn Despite Family Tensions: ‘We Love You So Much’

Amid ongoing public tensions within the Beckham family, Victoria and David Beckham publicly celebrated their son Brooklyn’s 27th birthday on March 4.
Both parents took to Instagram to share heartfelt birthday messages, each posting two Stories. Victoria Beckham, a former member of the Spice Girls and fashion designer, included a nostalgic photo of the family in a pool alongside the caption, “Happy birthday Brooklyn, we love you so much.” In another post, she shared an image of herself as a young mother with baby Brooklyn and wrote, “Happy 27th birthday Brooklyn, I love you so much.” Each post was adorned with red heart emojis.
David Beckham also posted an emotion-laden tribute, sharing the same pool photo with the message, “27 today” and a holding-back-tears emoji. He continued, “Happy Birthday Bust,” followed by a white heart. His second post featured an image of him as a younger father with Brooklyn during his elementary school years, reiterating, “Happy Birthday Bust,” this time with a pink heart.
In recent months, speculation of family strife has circulated, particularly concerning Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz. This tension was underscored in January when Brooklyn addressed those rumors, revealing details of his disputes with his parents via a series of Instagram Stories.
“I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private,” Brooklyn stated. “Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed. I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
Much of the reported conflict appears to stem from Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding in April 2022. When they renewed their vows in August 2025, neither of the elder Beckhams were in attendance. Brooklyn also missed David’s 50th birthday celebration last year, where his siblings—Romeo, Cruz, and Harper—were present.
