The Nader Sisters Share Their Exciting New Beauty Venture, Valentine’s Day Plans, and Insights on Their Red-Light Club
John Frieda Hair Care is stepping into a new era, unveiling a refreshed identity and a dynamic social content platform, The Hot Hair Hotline. This initiative features The Nader Sisters—Brooks, Mary Holland, Grace Ann, and Sarah Jane—who have come together to shape a modern narrative that respects the brand’s rich legacy, known for cult favorites like Frizz Ease and Sheer Blonde. Ahead of the launch event in New York, the sisters shared insights about their collaboration, personal hair product preferences, and their Valentine’s Day plans.
Brooks remarked, “They always steal from me—I’m the Hot Hair Hotline boss in real life. If someone’s hair is frizzing or flat, I’m like, ‘Come here. Sit down and let me fix this.’ The John Frieda Frizz Ease Smooth Operator Blowout Spray is non-negotiable in our house. It fixes everything. It gives that polished, expensive blowout energy without actually needing to full glam.”
Grace Ann added, “I’m obsessed with the John Frieda Frizz Ease Extra Strength Hair Serum. It’s my security blanket in a bottle and the absolute go-to for curly haired girls! The second there’s humidity or a weird blow-dry moment, that’s what I grab.”
Sarah Jane remarked, “We all swear by red-light therapy masks. I got my mom one for Christmas, and she nearly cried—she was ecstatic to join the ‘red-light club,’ as she calls it. We’re obsessed because it’s low-maintenance but high-impact. It helps with everything—especially when we’re traveling or have events back-to-back.”
Mary Holland noted, “John Frieda is one of those brands that feels nostalgic for us. Our mom has used it for as long as we can remember. It was always in our bathroom growing up.”
Brooks expressed, “Yes! It’s such an iconic brand in our house. Who doesn’t know John Frieda? Shooting this campaign with all four of us felt so authentic to our lives.”
Grace Ann praised the rebrand, calling it “chic” and a “modern evolution of something we’ve trusted for decades. The packaging looks elevated, the fragrances are amazing, and the formulas truly feel salon-level.”
Sarah Jane added, “And our mom is coming to the launch in NYC, which feels very full-circle. She’s the reason we knew and trusted the brand in the first place.”

Mary Holland stated, “We all love getting facials as part of our beauty maintenance. It’s something that always just makes you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.”
Sarah Jane reflected, “Hair is such a huge part of our beauty routines and confidence. The whole Hot Hair Hotline idea feels like our real group chat. We’re constantly texting about hair drama—volume, color, etc.—and Brooks is usually the one solving it.”
Brooks revealed, “We’ve turned Valentine’s into a sister celebration this year!”
Sarah Jane added, “Brooks’ birthday was this past weekend and mine is next week, so we planned a little getaway with our parents and best friends!”
Mary Holland concluded, “It’s very us—family, a little chaos, birthday energy.”
Grace Ann noted, “We’re fully prepared for whatever the weather does. We’ve learned our lesson with humidity. There will be zero frizz meltdowns this trip.”
Brooks emphasized, “That’s the energy we’re taking into this weekend—relaxed, confident, and celebrating with our besties and our fam!”
