Ariana Grande expressed her excitement over Teyana Taylor’s recent nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the 2026 Golden Globes. The mutual admiration between the two artists was notably highlighted on social media.
In a heartfelt Instagram Story shared on Wednesday, December 17, Taylor revealed that Grande had sent her a vibrant bouquet of flowers along with a congratulatory note. “Hi and congratulations on this well, well deserved moment and nomination!” Grande wrote. “I’m so honored to be in your company in this moment!”
Grande praised Taylor’s performance in *One Battle After Another*, stating, “I’m so excited to tell you more in person but I just wanted to say you are so brilliant and I’m so excited to share this moment and nomination with you.”
Responding on her Story, Taylor thanked Grande for her gesture. “This is so sweet @arianagrande, Thank you,” she wrote. She added, “Your message made this moment even more special for me. I’m so honored to share this space with you as well, and I’m deeply grateful for your kindness and support.”
Both artists are contenders in a competitive field that includes Emily Blunt, Elle Fanning, Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas, and Amy Madigan for the best performance by a female actress in a supporting role. Grande, nominated for a second consecutive year, is recognized for her role as Glinda in the *Wicked* films.
