Shooting in Manchester Square Leaves One Dead, Three Injured
Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday evening in Manchester Square, which resulted in one fatality and injuries to three additional individuals.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) responded to the incident at approximately 6:44 p.m. at a Louisiana Fried Chicken restaurant on Manchester Avenue.
According to police reports, the four victims were waiting for their food when two men approached on foot and opened fire. A 36-year-old man succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the three others were transported to a nearby hospital and are currently listed in stable condition.
As of now, no arrests have been made, and police indicate that the suspects fled the area heading westbound in a vehicle. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to gather more information.
