Repeated Trespassing Results in Third Arrest at Chris Brown’s San Fernando Valley Home
Man Detained at Chris Brown’s Estate for Third Time This Week
LOS ANGELES — A man was taken into police custody early Friday morning after allegedly trespassing at singer Chris Brown’s property in the San Fernando Valley for the third time within a week, according to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
The unidentified suspect was first arrested on Wednesday night after Brown’s security team observed him on the premises and asked him to leave. He reportedly attempted to climb a fence during that encounter. He was released early Thursday morning but returned to the estate just five hours later, leading to his re-arrest.
On Friday, officers responded to another report of trespassing at approximately 12:15 a.m. and apprehended the same individual.
The LAPD noted that the suspect is a 44-year-old man; however, his name has not been disclosed. This series of incidents has raised concerns about security at high-profile residences.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the situation to determine further implications for property security and potential legal actions.
