Psychedelic Furs and Living Colour Set for Exciting US Summer Tour
The Psychedelic Furs Announce Summer Tour with Living Colour
The Psychedelic Furs are set to embark on a summer tour across the United States, featuring Living Colour as their supporting act. The tour will kick off on August 2 in Arvada, Colorado, and conclude after 22 shows on September 6 in Miami, Florida. The lineup includes notable stops in major cities like Chicago, New York, Boston, Washington D.C., and Atlanta. Additionally, Violent Femmes will join the tour for a performance on August 14 in Buffalo.
Tickets for the shows will go on pre-sale through Ticketmaster on May 6 at 10:00 a.m. local time, with general sales starting on May 8 at the same time.
The Psychedelic Furs, iconic figures of ’80s and ’90s college radio, garnered widespread acclaim with their song "Pretty in Pink," featured in the John Hughes film of the same name. Since releasing their first album in nearly three decades, Made of Rain, in 2020, the band has maintained a dynamic presence on the road.
Living Colour, recognized for their Grammy-winning hit "Cult of Personality," gained popularity after their song was featured in the video game Guitar Hero III. Their latest studio album, Shade, was released in 2017.
Prior to their tour with Living Colour, The Psychedelic Furs will perform a series of shows from May to July, which include stops in cities such as Minneapolis, Houston, and Las Vegas.
