Naturi Naughton-Lewis and Bonko Khoza Star in New Drama Series ‘The Nowhere Man’ Coming to Starz
Naturi Naughton-Lewis to Star in New Starz Series, The Nowhere Man
Los Angeles—Naturi Naughton-Lewis, known for her roles in Power and Power Book II: Ghost, is set to make a comeback on Starz in the upcoming drama series The Nowhere Man. The network has secured exclusive U.S. rights to the six-part series, which stars Bonko Khoza, known for his performance in The Woman King. The show will premiere on January 16, with new episodes released weekly on Fridays.
In The Nowhere Man, Khoza plays Lukas, a former Special Forces mercenary struggling with PTSD. After turning away from his violent history to work as a junk collector in Johannesburg, Lukas finds himself pulled back into his past when he intervenes in a home invasion. To survive, he must confront his inner demons and the dark secrets that haunt him.
Naughton-Lewis portrays Ruby, who operates a homeless shelter in Johannesburg. In addition to her acting role, she serves as an executive producer.

Naughton-Lewis’s relationship with Starz began in 2014 with the premiere of Power, where she portrayed Tasha St. Patrick throughout its six-season run until 2019. She has since reprised the role in the series’ spinoff, Power Book II: Ghost, with her character still alive, allowing for the possibility of her return if new projects, such as Power: Legacy, go forward.
The Nowhere Man is created by Motion Story and produced by Phillip Wolmarans and Nick Keulemans. Directed by Fred Wolmarans and Gareth Crocker, who also serves as showrunner, the series brings together a team of additional executive producers, including Chris Lawrance, Colleen Lawrance, Sean Mik’ael Butler, Naughton-Lewis, and Two Lewis.
