Summer House Cast Shares Their Thoughts on Reunion Audio Leak: Kyle Cooke Calls It “Unfortunate” and a “Bummer”
Kyle Cooke has voiced his concerns following the online leak of audio from the Summer House Season 10 reunion, which occurred just hours after the cast filmed the special.
In a series of social media posts, Cooke expressed disappointment, describing the situation as a “bummer” and “unfortunate.” He shared his thoughts on Instagram Stories, stating, “I don’t think this is something that we are going to make sense of anytime soon, but it’s unfortunate. As Andy [Cohen] said, it was probably one of the most intense reunions he’s ever filmed. There were a lot of emotions. It was a rough day for everybody.”
Cooke further elaborated, saying, “I don’t even know why this clip would have been the one that they’d share, like, it’s just unfortunate all around because we put it all out there. It was like a 12-hour day, and to wake up to this is a bummer.”
Addressing conspiracy theories about the leak’s source, Cooke found the speculation “super frustrating and annoying,” revealing that Bravo is conducting a “full-blown cyber investigation.” He suggested that the individual responsible for the leak might “seek cover or counsel.”
Cooke dismissed the possibility that a fellow cast member was behind the leak, noting that phones must be tucked away during filming. He speculated that someone with access to the live feed may have recorded audio from a speaker, and he ruled out the hair and makeup teams, who remain distant from the set.
Fellow cast member KJ Dillard took to Threads to deny any involvement, stating, “I wouldn’t risk losing my job by leaking audio of a deeply emotional reunion. The leak wasn’t me.”
In response to the incident, Bravo released a statement confirming that they are actively investigating the breach.
