Miles Teller Gifts His Wife Keleigh a Thoughtful Surprise After Losing It in the LA Fires
Keleigh Teller Shares Heartfelt Christmas Gift from Husband Miles After Wildfire Loss
Keleigh Teller recently shared a poignant moment on Instagram, revealing a special Christmas gift from her husband, actor Miles Teller. The couple endured a devastating loss earlier this year when they lost their home to the Los Angeles wildfires in January. In a heartfelt gesture, Miles had Keleigh’s wedding dress, which was destroyed in the fires, remade.
In the emotional video posted by Keleigh, she can be seen unwrapping the gift on Christmas morning, dressed in burgundy silk pajamas and a red Santa hat. As she recognizes the dress, her reaction is palpable; she sits on the floor, visibly moved by the surprise.
“Miles had my wedding dress remade after I lost it in the fires,” Keleigh captioned the video, adding that she “almost passed out” from the overwhelming emotion. She also expressed gratitude towards designer Monique Lhuillier for reconstructing the cherished dress. In a subsequent photo, Keleigh shared a picture of Miles wearing a Santa hat as he hung the dress on a door, calling him the “sweetest husband.”
The couple first met in 2013, a meeting that didn’t go as smoothly as one might hope. “When I first met her, she turned me down like three times in one night,” Miles recounted in an interview, reflecting on his persistence in winning Keleigh’s heart.
Miles and Keleigh exchanged vows in 2019, with Keleigh donning the original Monique Lhuillier dress. She previously described her vision for the dress as elegant and classic, matching the church setting of their ceremony while incorporating a light feel.
Across their journey, the Tellers have shown resilience and love, emerging from adversity with enduring commitment to one another.
