Men At Work Set to Hit the Road for a Summer 2026 US Tour Alongside Toad the Wet Sprocket and Shonen Knife
Men At Work Announces Summer 2026 U.S. Tour
Australian rock band Men At Work has revealed plans for a U.S. tour set to kick off in the summer of 2026. The tour will feature performances from ’90s alternative rock band Toad the Wet Sprocket and Japanese pop-punk group Shonen Knife.
The tour will commence on July 16 in Pompano Beach, Florida, and will conclude on August 20 in Los Angeles. The 36-date itinerary includes stops in major cities such as Atlanta, Nashville, Detroit, and Reno.
Founding frontman Colin Hay, who leads the current lineup, expressed excitement about the upcoming tour. He stated, “What has clearly stood the test of time are the songs. Forty-five years on, I still hear them in the street, on the radio, in supermarkets; they are still going strong. I would never have predicted back in 1985 that, 40 years on, I would still be fronting Men At Work, this version featuring Cubans, a Peruvian, an American, and me.”
Hay spoke further about his experiences on the road, noting, “Over the last few years, I have gone out on tour as Men At Work, on a quest of discovery. To discover whether or not we still have an audience. Turns out we do, people of all ages and different backgrounds, who find something in the songs that brings them joy. This summer of 2026, we are happily traveling with our musical compatriots, Toad The Wet Sprocket, and Shonen Knife. Very much looking forward to it.”
Fans can expect to hear classic hits such as “Down Under,” “Who Can It Be Now?,” “Be Good Johnny,” “Overkill,” and “It’s a Mistake” during the performances.
To celebrate the tour announcement, Men At Work will perform “Who Can It Be Now?” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on January 22.
