Melissa George Joins Conway Van Gelder Grant Agency
EXCLUSIVE: Melissa George has officially signed with Conway van Gelder Grant (CVGG).
The Golden Globe-nominated Australian actress will be represented by John Grant and Kat Oliver at CVGG. She continues to be managed globally by Inspire Entertainment, with additional representation from Sue Muggleton at Cameron’s Management and Mitch Smelkinson at Goodman, Genow, Shenkman, Smelkinson & Christopher.
Launching her career on the Australian soap opera Home and Away, George gained prominence for her role as Laura in HBO’s In Treatment, which earned her a Golden Globe nomination. The American adaptation of the Israeli series explores a psychotherapist’s interactions with his patients, as well as his own therapy sessions.
Her notable credits also include appearances in Apple TV’s Mosquito Coast, Netflix’s The Eddy, and Hulu’s The First. In her home country, George received a Logie Award for her performance in ABC’s The Slap, a role she reprised in the 2015 NBC adaptation in the U.S.
George’s filmography features titles such as Peaceful, The Limey, and The Amityville Horror.
