Megan Thee Stallion Shares Her Hopes for an Engagement with Klay Thompson

Megan Thee Stallion is expressing her desires for the future, indicating that she may be hoping for an engagement soon. In a recent video, the rapper shared her wish while conversing with a group of Olympic athletes in Milan, stating she is “manifesting” an engagement ring.
The clip, posted on her YouTube channel on February 23, features Stallion continuing her Winter Olympics video series. While visiting a cafe with athletes Brittany Bowe and Hilary Knight—who recently became engaged—and Laila Edwards, she shared her enthusiasm. “I heard y’all just got engaged, congrats! I love love, that’s so sweet,” she remarked, radiating positivity.
After watching Knight’s proposal to Bowe, which took place earlier in the month just before the Winter Games concluded, Stallion playfully crossed her fingers and added, “Manifesting my engagement, too.”
Stallion has been dating a player with the Dallas Mavericks since before July of last year. They made their first public appearance as a couple on the red carpet, following subtle social media hints about their romance. The couple has since been vocal about their relationship, with Stallion frequently sharing glimpses of their time together. Her single “Lover Girl,” released in November, reached No. 38 on the Billboard Hot 100.
In a pre-Valentine’s Day interview with People, Stallion discussed finding love unexpectedly with her current partner. “I didn’t even know I was going to be in my relationship, to be honest,” she shared, revealing the surprising nature of their connection.
“I think that because finally I started being in a better mind space about myself and my life, and I had already been doing a lot of work to heal me,” she elaborated. “Maybe God just opened up that space for me to have somebody that loved me right. This is one of the first times that I’ve ever been just overly comfortable.”
