According to the victim, the incident occurred around 5 a.m. when a man approached her, forcibly grabbing both her and her dog and compelling them into his vehicle. Fortunately, the woman and her dog managed to escape shortly after the abduction attempt.

Following the incident, the woman contacted law enforcement, providing officers with a detailed description of the suspect’s vehicle and its license plate. Police swiftly responded, locating the vehicle and apprehending the suspect.
