During the event, Young will present a selection of her popular songs. Previous performers have included notable artists such as Brandi Carlile, Chappell Roan, Rina Sawayama, and Dua Lipa.

Young recently won the Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance at the 2026 Awards, marking her first time receiving the prestigious honor. Her breakthrough came with the 2024 single "Messy" from her album This Wasn’t Meant for You Anyway.
Following this, she released her third album, *I’m Only F*king Myself, in 2025. The album’s single "D£aler" gained significant attention, with John humorously noting in a video that he had to give Young the keys to his house after losing a bet regarding its chart performance.
The fundraiser is expected to attract various celebrities, including Patricia Arquette, Sophia Bush, Ashlyn Harris, Brandi Carlile, Chris Colfer, Lana Condor, Tiffany Haddish, Christina Hendricks, Tove Lo, Melanie Lynskey, Keke Palmer, Orville Peck, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Sharon Stone, Donatella Versace, and many more.
In a statement, John highlighted the importance of the event, saying, "To honor the more than 40 million people living with HIV around the world, we cannot wait to gather once again with our friends and supporters to raise much-needed funds for our lifesaving programs."
Young recently returned to the public eye, delivering a live piano rendition of "Messy" at the Grammys, which marked her first televised performance since taking a break from her career following a health scare in September 2025 at the All Things Go Music Festival in New York City.
Reflecting on her hiatus, Young noted, "You’ve got to protect your mental health in this industry. This is a very difficult industry to be in. I took the time out to get better because there’s a lot of things going on right now in my head, in my personal life."
