Kendall Jenner Addresses Cosmetic Surgery Speculations
Kendall Jenner has spoken out against ongoing rumors regarding her appearance, asserting that she has only undergone minimal cosmetic procedures. In a recent episode of Owen Thiele’s podcast, "In Your Dreams," the 30-year-old model shared, “I swear to God, I’ve done two rounds of baby Botox in my forehead [and] that’s it. [That’s] the only thing I’ve ever injected.”
Jenner addressed accusations of having undergone “full facial reconstruction,” firmly denying any extensive cosmetic surgery. "I’m here to tell you the truth, which is that I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face. Nothing,” she emphasized. "I consider [getting it again] sometimes, but then I’m, like, ‘My eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.’"
The model previously utilized baby Botox, which involves a small dose to help reduce the appearance of fine lines, but she expressed her reservations about the treatment. “Temporarily, it goes away,” she explained, noting the potential harm of pervasive online speculation about her looks. Jenner reflected on how “damaging” it can be, particularly when licensed professionals break down perceived surgeries in social media formats. “I’ll see videos sometimes … and a licensed doctor is on Instagram or TikTok, and they’re doing a breakdown of all the surgeries [and] all the work I’ve had done,” she said.
Jenner cautioned that such analyses can mislead young viewers who may feel pressured to undergo procedures to achieve similar looks. “Sometimes we just have curiosity, [but] it can affect young people in such an interesting way. … and maybe things that later on we regret, and I think it’s really scary,” she noted.
She also addressed persistent claims regarding having had a nose job, reiterating her position of never having undergone rhinoplasty. Commenting on the allegations, Jenner mentioned, “I look at old photos of me and I’m like, ‘Wait, it does look like I’ve had a nose job.’” However, she maintains that she has never had any surgical alterations to her nose.
Reflecting on her personal journey with her appearance, Jenner acknowledged the natural changes that have occurred over time. “As I got older, I grew into my nose. … I also … did Accutane for my acne,” she revealed, discussing her struggles with cystic acne in her youth. She expressed gratitude for the access she has had to quality medical care, stating, “I got really lucky and, obviously, I’m extremely privileged and have such amazing access to the best doctors and the best dermatologists.”
