Justin Bieber Showcases New Back Tattoo of Hailey During Shirtless Performance at the 2026 Grammys
Justin Bieber Unveils New Tattoo for Hailey During 2026 Grammy Performance
Justin Bieber made a striking impression at the 2026 Grammy Awards, not only for his electrifying shirtless performance of “Yukon,” but also for revealing a new tattoo—a tribute to his wife, Hailey Bieber. During his set on February 1, as he turned to face the audience, fans caught a glimpse of a faint portrait of Hailey on his back, drawn from her left side.
The tattoo appears to draw inspiration from Hailey’s 2020 cover shoot for Elle, featuring her with wind-swept hair, posing in the ocean while wearing a strapless bathing suit. The accompanying headline for the feature, “The Secret Life of Mrs. Bieber,” spotlighted her relationship with the pop star.
This isn’t the first time Bieber has commemorated his wife in ink. In April 2025, fans noticed a tattoo on his wrist that read “H 22,” which many interpreted as a nod to both Hailey and their son, Jack, who is now 17 months old. Some speculated that the “22” may also symbolize Hailey’s birthday on November 22, as well as Jack’s birthdate of August 22.

Hailey herself made a statement with a cursive “J” tattoo on her ring finger, which she unveiled in October 2020 as a celebration of their marriage. The couple also shares matching peach tattoos inspired by Justin’s single of the same name.
Sunday’s awards marked Justin’s first Grammy appearance in four years. Accompanied by Hailey, whom he married in 2018, the pair walked the red carpet hand in hand. Justin received nominations for four Grammy awards, including Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Swag, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Daisies,” and Best R&B Performance for “Yukon.”

During his performance, Justin captivated the audience as he sang, “What would I do (What would I do?) / If I didn’t love you, babe?” directed at Hailey, who was spotted in the audience smiling proudly and clapping along.
As the evening progressed, Hailey shared a glimpse of their outfit changes via her Instagram Stories. After the red carpet, she swapped her black gown for a flirty, backless white dress, while Justin traded his oversized suit for a more casual look, wearing jeans and a hoodie that revealed his pink boxers.
“That’s my baby,” Hailey captioned her post, expressing her ongoing support for her husband.
