Jenna Elfman Stars in the New Fox Drama ‘The Interrogator’
Jenna Elfman Joins Fox Drama Series "The Interrogator"
Jenna Elfman has been cast in the role of Woodrow, the boss and handler to Stephen Fry’s character, in the upcoming Fox drama series The Interrogator. This announcement adds to the excitement surrounding the series, which received a 12-episode straight-to-series order for the 2026-27 season.
Elfman, known for her recent performance in AMC’s Dark Winds, joins fellow cast members Luke Kleintank and Michael Beach as a series regular. The series, produced by Lionsgate Television and Fox Entertainment Studios, features Fry as Conrad Henry, a former MI6 agent whose unique blend of charm and intellect enables him to extract information from the world’s most dangerous criminals when traditional methods fall short.
In her role, Elfman portrays Woodrow, a once-promising CIA operative whose career took a downturn due to a challenging mission. Now working at the Defense Intelligence Agency, she is tasked with supervising Henry’s cases. Despite viewing her current position as a setback, Woodrow is determined to reclaim her status within the agency. The dynamic between her and Fry’s character is marked by a mix of rivalry and respect, leading to a compelling partnership as they navigate their high-stakes world.
The pilot script for The Interrogator was penned by Fry, with input from Matt Pyken and William Harper. Executive producers and showrunners include Dan Dworkin and Jay Beattie, alongside Fry, Harper, and director Paul McGuigan, with additional production support from Likely Story’s Anthony Bregman and Miriam Mintz, Neil Burger, and Anonymous Content.
Elfman’s recent credits further solidify her versatility as an actress, including her role in ABC’s Shifting Gears and her long-running performance as June Dorie in Fear The Walking Dead.
She is represented by WME, Artists First, and Latham & Watkins.
