Jack Whitehall, Casey Wilson, and Scott MacArthur Team Up with Kim Kardashian in Eva Longoria’s New Netflix Comedy, ‘The Fifth Wheel’
Director Eva Longoria Expands Cast for Netflix Comedy Featuring Kim Kardashian
Director Eva Longoria has announced the addition of three new actors to the cast of her upcoming Netflix comedy, The Fifth Wheel, which stars Kim Kardashian. Joining the project are Jack Whitehall, Casey Wilson, and Scott MacArthur.
While specific character details remain undisclosed, it has been previously confirmed that Nikki Glaser, Brenda Song, and Fortune Feimster will also appear in the film.
Written by Paula Pell and Janine Brito, The Fifth Wheel follows a group of high school best friends who gather for a weekend in Las Vegas. Their plans take an unexpected turn when an alluring outsider, portrayed by Kardashian, interrupts their reunion, compelling the friends to confront their complicated lives, questionable choices, and waning friendships.
The film’s production team includes Paula Pell, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Elbaum, Will Ferrell, and Alex Brown from Gloria Sanchez Productions, alongside Cris Abrego and Longoria’s Hyphenate Media Group. Mary Bundy and David Hyman are serving as executive producers.
Jack Whitehall, a celebrated English comedian and actor, will soon be featured alongside Keke Palmer in the Peacock series based on the film The ‘Burbs. He recently completed filming for the horror movie Legacy and the indie romantic comedy Whodunnit. Whitehall is represented by CAA and Independent Talent Group.
Casey Wilson, known for her work on Saturday Night Live and the cult-classic Happy Endings, has also hosted The Great American Baking Show. Recently, she has appeared in series such as Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage and Physical. Wilson is affiliated with CAA, Rise Management, and Jackoway Austen Tyerman.
Scott MacArthur’s recent roles include appearances in Sony’s No Hard Feelings and the Peacock original series Killing It. He has also contributed as a writer and actor to HBO’s The Righteous Gemstones and was featured in Halloween Kills and El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. MacArthur, who has worked on the Fox series The Mick, is represented by UTA, Haven Entertainment, and Yorn, Levine, Barnes.
