In-N-Out Festival Returns to Los Angeles
“Cruisin’ 2 Freedom” Show Set for Redondo Beach
The upcoming “Cruisin’ 2 Freedom” show will take place in Redondo Beach, marking a return to Los Angeles County for the popular fundraiser. Organizers have announced that the event will be held at Seaside Lagoon in January.
In-N-Out heiress Lynsi Snyder recently revealed plans to move her family and part of the restaurant operations to Tennessee, a significant shift for the iconic California chain founded by her grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, over 75 years ago in Baldwin Park. The company has actively expanded into states like Arizona, Colorado, and Washington in recent years.
With its new location, the “Cruisin’ 2 Freedom” event aims to capture the spirit of previous years, which featured classic cars displayed along the coast at venues like the Orange County Fairgrounds and Huntington Beach. Hundreds of vintage vehicles gathered by the beach created a vibrant atmosphere.
Attendees can look forward to a diverse selection of food from an In-N-Out cookout truck, Two Doughs Pizza Company, Tacos 1986, and Afters Ice Cream. Notably, all funds raised during the event will be donated to the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation, which addresses human trafficking and drug addiction. According to statistics from the National Human Trafficking Hotline, California and Texas reported the highest number of trafficking cases in the U.S. in 2021, with 16,710 unique cases recorded.
The event will also feature a live auction with enticing offerings, including a week-long stay at a Norwegian resort, a scenic train ride through Canada, and tickets to a Shakira concert. Among the unique items is a custom In-N-Out cooler adorned with a striking eagle design, promising to attract considerable attention.
